Lost & Found Policy

All items found in the Hotel are properly documented and kept for safekeeping, with the exception of credit cards which are returned to the issuing bank. Guests are contacted for lost and found valuable items whenever possible. The Hotel will hand over certain high value items (large amounts of money, jewellery, etc.) to the local police immediately and guests then need to contact the police to reclaim such items. Other items not claimed within six (6) months are handed over to the local police station. After items have been handed over to the police, the Hotel is only responsible for providing guests with proof of the transfer of the item(s) to the police and the contact details of the police station the items were transferred to.
